How we got here.
After 25 years, mainly in-house, our founder Kerry Parkin had grown tired
of fundamental agency issues:

A great pitch team, but switched out upon signing

Inflated cost bases that covered fancy offices

A lack of flexibility in supplying talent to meet new and emerging challenges
